ボランティアにはどんな活動が含まれますか？

オフィスワーク（経理、総務）：書類の整理や入力作業、チラシの封入、ホームページの管理、電話・メールなどの事務対応。
広報系：ライティング、チラシの作成やSNS（TW、IG他）、ウェブサイト運用、ボランティアスタッフ募集、イベント告知、寄付を集める。
メルマガの記事の執筆。
アクティブ系：留学生への語学支援専門スキル：翻訳、通訳イベント系：イベント企画やブース出展、オンラインセミナーなどVISA発行手続き、行政機関や大使館とのコミュニケーション、他NPO団体との連携1日だけ参加OK土日参加OK初心者OKリモートOK高生OKなど、経験や年齢性別など不問ですので、お気軽にご連絡ください。

寄付はどのように使われますか？

How to use donations?

A.

NPO法人みちしるべが行うすべての活動に活用させて頂きます。
・ウクライナから避難されてきた方々をはじめとした、日本在住の外国人の方々への生活物資支援など。
・ウクライナ政府により開設されたクラウドファンディングサイト「UNITED24」への寄付　＊「防衛と地雷除去」「医療支援」「ウクライナ再建」の3つから選択可 https://u24.gov.ua/
・スタッフの人件費や、事務経費等運営等に係る費用 など。

"MICHI-SHIRUBE" uses donations for all activities that we work.
・livelihood support for Ukrainian refugees and others in Japan
・contribute to (UNITED24) crowdfunding which was established by the Ukrainian government *[Defence and clear a mine] [Medical support][Support reconstruction in Ukraine] https://u24.gov.ua/
・Expenses for labour cost for staff, office, managiment, etc.

会費の支払いには、どのような方法がありますか？

How can pay a membership fee?

郵便振替、銀行口座からの引落、クレジットカード決済からお選びいただけます。お支払い方法の変更をご希望の場合は、当法人までご連絡ください。

引落金額を変更したり、支払いを停止したいときはどうすればよいですか？

いつでも変更・停止ができます。

Q.

引落の口座を変更したい場合はどうすればよいですか？

What if I want to change my direct debit account?

A.

クレジットカード決済の場合は、カード会社にご連絡ください。
銀行口座からの引落の場合は、お問い合わせから事務局までご連絡ください。いつでも変更ができます。

If you pay from your bank account, from our information, and contact Secretariat. Always changeable.

引落日はいつになりますか？

Which day have my bills paid from my bank account?

A.

ゆうちょ銀行からの自動引落は引落月の25日、その他の金融機関からの自動引落は引落月の26日です。
金融機関が定休日の場合は、翌営業日となります。
クレジットカード決済の場合、お引落日はカード会社により異なります。

Automatic withdrawal from Japan Post Bank is on the 25th of the month of withdrawal, and automatic withdrawal from other financial institutions is on the 26th of the month of withdrawal.
If the financial institution is closed on a regular holiday, the next business day will be the date of withdrawal.
For credit card payments, the date of withdrawal will vary depending on the credit card company.

領収書は発行されますか？

原則としてすべて発行いたします。
ご寄付者名・ご住所を必ずお知らせください。
領収書の宛先は原則として、ご寄付の際のご寄付者名・ご住所とさせていただいております。
ご住所の変更があった場合にはお問い合わせにてお知らせください。
